Phthalates are a growing concern these days.  The debate is still out on the harm if any they cause but we would rather be safe than sorry.  A number of our fragrances are phthalate free.  On a daily basis we expose ourselves to phthalates. Carpeting, flooring, food packages, plumbing and soft vinyl toys all contain phthalates. Phthalates are common in many cosmetics and fragrances. They are also added in lotions to help soften and penetrate the skin. Manufacturers claim their products do not contain high enough levels of phthalate to cause concern. We are trying to make sure that all of our fragrances are phthalate free.  We want to make sure that we make our candles the safest possible for all our consumers.
